If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most unworn/ unwashed/unused items with original tags attached, in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
Within 14 days: Within 14 days of the ship date, items may be returned for a full refund to your original method of payment, less shipping costs.
Within 15-30 days: Within 15-30 days of the ship date, items may be returned for a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
In order to process a return, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Customer name
- Mailing address
- Order/invoice number
- Item number and a brief description of the product being returned
- Reason for the return or exchange
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and our shipping address. Please include a copy of the original sales invoice with your return or exchange. We are not responsible for the shipping costs on returned items.
- We cannot refund shipping charges
- Sale/clearance items and special orders are final sale: that is, non-refundable and non-returnable for credit or exchange.
- Items must be in original, saleable condition with all original tags attached and/or in the orginal packaging. JetBaby reserves the right to refuse return of an item that does not meet these conditions.
- Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
- Gift returns, or returns without a receipt, will be issued an exchange or a store credit.
- Credit or refund amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product, less any shipping charges that may apply.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect, JetBaby will be happy to replace it for you. The shipping charges will be waived for replacement of defective items.
