• Orders ship from our shop in Oakville, Ontario. We aim to ship our orders within 2-5 days business days of receiving your order.
  • JetBaby uses Canada Post for all our deliveries. You will be sent an order confirmation by email which will include your tracking number.
  • All prices on the website are in Canadian dollars. Prices listed do not include sales tax or shipping, which are calculated automatically at the time of check out.
  • FREE SHIPPING ( regular or expedited ) within Canada on purchases over $99 ( before taxes )

Canadian orders:

  • Delivery times vary by postal code, but are generally 5-7 business days within Canada.
  • Items shipped within Canada are subject to federal and provincial taxes, which will be charged at the time of check out.

US Orders:

  • Delivery times vary by zip code, but are generally 7-14 business days to the US.
