Purchases on the site are subject to the following terms:

1) Payments is by credit card, debit or JetBaby gift card. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

2 Gift cards are available for purchase on the website and can be redeemed online or at the JetBaby store in Oakville, Ontario.

3) All prices on the website are in Canadian dollars. Prices listed do not include sales tax and shipping fees, which are calculated automatically at the time of check out.

4) After you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation by email which will include your tracking number.

5) We do our best to maintain an accurate inventory count but, unfortunately, errors can occur. In the event that you purchase an item that is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible.

6) JetBaby ships from our shop using Canada Post. Items generally ship within 2-5 business days. Items shipped within Canada are subject to federal and provincial taxes.

7) Items shipped to the US are not subject to Canadian sales taxes. JetBaby is not responsible for any duty, import taxes, brokerage or handling fees which may be incurred by shipping to the US.
